Single handedly one of my favorite beers during the holiday months. This full bodied scotch ale has an impact right from the first smell you take of your pint. Wonderful toasted nut malt nose and the richness in the body lets you know your having a beer!

It has been a long time in coming, but our long sought after Victory at Sea Imperial Porter is available beginning next week, for the first time in 22 ounce bottles.
We have once again teamed up with the skilled coffee roasters at Cafe Calabria to bring you this very special offering. A carefully selected blend of coffees from around the world was put together with this brew in mind. We then used a cold-extraction process, which results in a smoother flavor, and added the toddy directly into the fermentor. A small amount of vanilla rounds out the flavor of this brew. Weighing in at 10% ABV.
Bottles will be available at both of the Ballast Point Brewery’s starting on March 7th.
Islander IPA
Coronado Island, aka “The Crown City” has a hidden jewel: our Islander IPA. Brewed within a mile of the Pacific Ocean this West Coast IPA sweeps the senses with its intense hop bitterness, mild fruity flavors & aromas. The Islander IPA pours a nice copper color with a medium body and maltiness.
Good, malty bock. Nice head, thick mouth feel, not too sweet. Very drinkable. I must admit I generally prefer ales, but I’m starting to really come around to these Gordon Biersch lagers. RateBeer.com
Surf’s Up Symposium IPA was brewed by Green Flash Brewing Co. with input from several brewers from around San Diego County. Many different hopping techniques were employed such as mash hopping, first wort hopping, multiple kettle hop additions including whirlpool hops, use of a hop-back, and finally dry hopping. Even with so much emphasis on hopping, balance of the overall brew was still given its due consideration for full enjoyment of the waves of hop character throughout. Chuck Silva Brewer

Point Break Pale Ale
This complex American Pale is like catching the perfect wave. It has a medium-bodied malt profile that gives it its shiny, copper color and helps carry a snappy hop finish.
Regatta Red
“Red sky in the morning, sailor take warning: Regatta Red any day or night, is a sailor’s delight!” A roasted malt flavor and aromatic finish add to the dimension of this ale. Perfect with any Brewery Classic.
Sunset Stout
A smooth and peaceful opaque stout with roasted overtones. The infusion of nitrogen calms the aggressive flavors, making this a creamy, everyday stout that goes well with desserts.
A ruby red color and medium body best describes this award-winning beer! This Irish-style Red Ale has great caramel flavors which are well balanced by the fresh Goldings & Willamette Hops from the Pacific Northwest.
