Thursday July 2nd
Summer in San Diego rules! Just to make it that much more enjoyable, we are proud to release our
Even Keel San Diego Session Ale
For those of you unfamiliar, Even Keel is a beer low in alcohol and high in flavor. It has been called a 1/2 IPA. It has all the dry-hopping and bitterness you love, but only packs half the punch of most west coast style IPA’s. 3.6% ABV.
We have a firkin, dry hopped with Tettnanger hops, ready to tap on Thursday July 2nd at 11am. Come by and have a pint, or two. Cheers!

Thursday July 9th
This is a new one. We’ve never done this before. We have done casks of our Big Eye IPA with ginger in the past and the results were spectacular. If you were fortunate enough to attend the VIP session at the Real Ale Fest a couple of weeks ago, or made it out to Hamilton’s for our most recent BP night you may have gotten a taste. The ginger adds a crispness and the flavor goes really well with hops. If it’s good in Big Eye, it should be great in Dorado. Come by and try it with us for the first time on Thursday. Cheers!

The human palate is capable of detecting four basic tastes, but during a typical beer tasting only tow of those (well, three if you count the pretzels) are experienced: bitter, sweet, and salty. At the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens we feel it’s high time we included the fourth flavor domain, SOUR, in the equation. Join us for hours of sours as we celebrate this great, and often unexplored, tradition of tart and tasty ales. We’re currently tracking down as many sour beers as we can put on tap and keep in bottles for the special day. The event will kick off when we open at 11am and will continue all day long at the outdoor bar.
A $30 Sour Pass will get you 10 taster tickets (some of the rarer sour beers will require two tickets) along with a commemorative glass. Reservations are not required, however you plan to dine with us, reservations are strongly encouraged! Buy your Sour Pass on Sunday at the outside bar.
